1:1 therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults 18+ in Washington state. I see clients through telehealth and at my office in Lake Forest Park.

fees and insurance

I am in network with Premera, Lifewise, and Blue Cross insurance.

For all other insurance companies, I am an out of network provider. I am happy to offer monthly superbills if requested.

My private pay fee for a 50-minute session is $150.
